Next to the fill is the re-varnishing.  Before you apply the varnish, sand the floor another time, this time using a 120 screen.  Clean the floor with a rag for dust and then apply the first coat of varnish.  Allow the varnish to dry then do one more round of sanding by using a 150 grit screen.  Clean up the floor and afterwards apply another coat of varnish.  Wait for some a little bit to allow the varnish to dry.

Finally, and the most significant part, take a look at your floor and marvel at the way you were able to effectively recondition your wood floor.
